I cancelled my service in April 2017 from this company and they still continue to bill my credit card. They are charging for a service that they can't supply for the last 10 months. I have emailed and called and they take a few days to call or write back and still will not refund me my full amount. They want to give me back 5 months but I paid for a service for 10 months and I cancelled in April so to me this is fraud.

Refund I would like my money refunded to me in full for a service that they can't provide me and still continue to bill me after i cancelled my service 6 months ago.

The following complaint has been reviewed by Asset Monitoring Solutions Inc. We have spoken to all the parties involved regrading this customer and reviewed all outbound calls/emails, see below for details. As you see from the customers Responses and AMS actions we have been in contact with this customer to resolve this matter.

May 2016 - Customer made an order for 1 GPS unit.

March 2017 - Customer - Called into AMS and reported that his unit was not working.

March 2017 - Action - Support actioned this issue by communicating with the customer's device, to no avail.

April 2017 - Action - Due to the cell network business affected by the 2G networks being shut down, a SIM card replacement was sent to replace the old SIM card inside the GPS device. After SIM was sent multiple attempts were made to get his GPS unit working to no avail.

April 2017 - Customer - Requested to cancel service.

April 2017 - Action - Cancellation form was sent to the customer

April 2017 - Customer - Sent back cancellation form signed.

April 2017 - September 2017 - Customer called in

September stating that he was still being billed for the equipment he cancelled back in April 2017.

September 2017 - Action - Due to the customer not returning the equipment the billing was not stopped, contract states that any cancellation requires a 30 day notice and return of the rental equipment if on a contract.

September 2017 - Action - Between the support manager and company CEO we offered 5 months of credit towards his account, free equipment upgrade ($200 Value), free website upgrade and free app as a gesture of good faith.

September 2017 - Customer - Customer denied offer and stated that he wanted 8 months credit back and offer above

October 2017 - Action - AMS reiterated the offered as this was a good offer and for both companies.

October 2017 - Customer - Customer again denied offer and requested 9 months and said he would report us to the Revdex.com as fraud.

October 2017 - November 2017 - Action - Sales manager tried to contract customer and reiterate this offer and again the offer was denied.

Why would I want to do business with a company that can't support their product? They want to give me 5 months of credit but I got charged 12 months for non service? How is it my fault they didn't receive their unit back? I put it in the mail so that would make the US Post Office responsible not me for the product they are saying they never received. In any case I do not want to do business with them. They didn't even have the decency or professional courtesy to tell me there was a problem within their system but after numerous attempts calling them, they said oh yeah that old system doesnt' work.
