Review: On January 22, 2015, I paid $200 for the Loss Prevention course at your company A.P.A. located on [redacted].I considered the service was not performed correctly and that something was not disclosed clearly. Before even taking the course I tried explaining my situation and that I was no longer interested on the training because it did not meet my expectations and the customer service that I received from your company was inadequate. Unfortunately, your rude representative was not interested on listening to me and just asked me to walk out of the building for no reason, when all I needed to do was cancel my training lessons, give back the handbook and get my money back according to the contract I signed for you.Desired Settlement: To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could give me my money back
