To whom it may concern this complaint is not 100% accurte She call my office and said the cleaner was not doing a good job but she expressed how great the older guy was doing who was the project manager and of curse the project manger would do his job + check over and touch up on the new guys work when everything was done she walk around and thank the project manger for doing a fabulous job + for going over the new guys work she even call my office and she said he was great!! she even payed + signed off she was happy!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As you can see by my receipt, I did not sign this I was promised project managers and I was only given Secondly, I did not write the word "happy" It was already printed on the receipt I had the one project manager write paid on it since I was paying in cash The project manager begged me to pay them so they could leave because he was so frustrated that his co-worker was not doing his job There was a time he even went out to call Tom and complain.I did pay them to get them out of my house I did call Tom and tell him that worker did nothing and that the one that did work had to redo everything that the other one said he did but didn't I did not call Tom and tell him that I was very happy with the work I did reach out to Tom by email, text and a phone call to resolve the issue about me being unhappy with the work Never a response I want my money back Regards, [redacted]

We told him before we did project the on machine would not ift but 1st he had dirt and debree in vents from work that was done in home. He said we need to use the heavy duty dry vac when job compleated There was lbs of dirt cleaned out He sign off he was happy with service

I am rejecting this response because:
They doctored the signature document when I filed a complaint with [redacted].  I never signed off that I was happy with the work. In fact, the minute the tech left I called the office and complained about the service.  I was never told that the machine would not fit!  I would not have paid $300 to have a shop vac used!
