First and foremost we don't sell unsafe carsWe perform a point saftey inspection on every vehicle that we sellThat inspection includes the brakesMy mechanic has an open check book to assure we sell safe and reliable vehiclesIf I remember correctly Ms*** also took the vehicle for a
presale inspection by a mechanic she choseMy inspection report states that the brakes were well above the minimum requirementsI also remember the vehicle was treated with a deodorizer before deliveryThe car was also washed before delivery as all of our deliveries areIf Ms *** had dash lights come on during her drive home she I would have asked her to bring the vehicle back for an addition inspection had she contacted meAlso Ms *** lives in the mountains and we can't be held responsible for the way she drivesI pride myself in selling the very best carsI am sorry Ms *** has had a problem with her vehicle, but she did buy a used car and chose not to purchase an extended service policy which she was offered at the time of saleAlso every used vehicle has a *** *** *** attached to the vehicle which states the cars is being sold "AS IS"Ms *** also signed a copy of that *** *** *** with the" AS IS" checked at time of deliveryIf you have any more questions please feel free to contact me directly
