We are a third party vendor we work for [redacted] We were called out by [redacted] home buyers warrant y to the property for a complaint that the stove was not workingWe went above and beyond to fix the stove, we kept in constant contact with [redacted] and with [redacted] regarding parts and when we would be able to get back to the property to fix the stove [redacted] had a agreement with [redacted] about the parts that she bought, we had no connection to the parts when the tech left the property the parts were left on the stove and he told [redacted] that her parts were left there she understoodWe owe her no money for parts that has to be taken up with ***We do not have any of her parts in our possession, also [redacted] never paid the service fee so that is not owed to her alsoWe explained to her that we could be out there the next day which was a Saturday or Monday and [redacted] said that she would call back and let us know what she would like to doWe never heard from her againAs for the customer service and that we never contacted her is untrue we talked to her and [redacted] constantlyIm sorry that [redacted] feels that we gave her poor customer service but this is just not the case

reviews star rating 12/28/ If I could give them negative stars I wouldThey were booked by my home warranty company, flaked once without notice after my wife waited for hoursAfter offering a weak excuse when she finally reached them, they rescheduled for the next day only to no-show againI followed up the same day to find out what the problem was and my questions were received with a barrage of four-letter names and insults that I'm uncomfortable repeating onlineThen the guy hung up on meThis goes beyond unprofessional, beyond maybe having a bad day, and is totally inexcusableDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This "constant" contact and service that Preferred claims to have given me is absolutely falseI was treated with utter disrespect from every employee I encountered from Preferred AC & ApplianceIn fact, I have a voicemail message from the owner, ***He called me on Monday morning (the only time they reached out to me unprompted) to say that it is people like me who make it difficult for small business ownersThat I am impatient and that I need to understand they didn't have the people available to do the jobAs if being a small business absolves you of treating your clients wellHe made no apologizes for any of the behavior exhibited by his company and basically scolded me for having the gall to complain to the Revdex.comI want nothing further to do with these people [redacted] has fully reimbursed me for the new stove I purchased on SaturdayThey obviously thought I was treated poorly and paid to make it right with meThat is what companies with integrity do for their clients Regards, [redacted] ***

Good afternoon, We are a 3rd party contractor we are hired by choice home warranty not the home owner. Im sorry if the home owner left messages and his calls were not returned. We call everyone back with in one business day that leave a message. We strive for excellent... customer service. Also we only have live people that answer the phone unless you leave a message. Since this complaint we have spoken to the home owner and the warranty company that we work for.

Don't count on them! Was sent to service our fridge by a warranty companyAfter less than minutes, tech said I needed parts The parts weren't covered, but Preferred AC & Applieance said they would order the part and do the work That was two months ago They do NOT return my calls, even though I have phone numbers for them The time I was lucky to get them on the line, they said they would call me right back with an ETA on the partsThat was month agoMy messages last week said they would get a bad *** review if I didn't hear something by Monday, so they don't seem to care about their customers or getting bad reviews

Referred by my home warranty company for AC repair. It took over a week to make an appointment. I left three voicemails and was never able to reach someone. I was eventually told by one of their employees that they only check voicemails every 2-3 days. When I finally did make an appointment they did not show up, and would not answer my calls that day. I finally got a hold of them the next day, and was put on the schedule again for the following morning. They again did not show up even after calling to say they were one hour away. The dispatcher was incredibly rude when I spoke to him, and told me most of his customers don't work, and are able to stay home and wait for them to show up the whole day. He told me it was too complicated for them to have to have to abide by a half-day time slot and told me to find another vendor.
I recommend not wasting your time with this company. They are incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. There are plenty of other good AC repair services in Austin, and any home warranty company will have a list of many others to choose from.
