Ms. [redacted] received a messaged and contacted our office disputing the debt after several email correspondence. Her phone number was never removed by the employee who received her final message to remove her contact information. In turn, she received another phone call from an automated dialeing...

system. We are very aware of her dispute with this matter and can assure you and Ms. [redacted] that all her contact information has been deleted and she will receive no more correspondence from our offices
