Unfortunately there will be no refund in this case The car was stickered a ew days before being towed So as far as the no warning part that is null and voidAs far as you going to changing the tire it was not only stickered for flat tire as well as bein derelictAny other questions

I picked my car up April 6th and when I drove the car out something on the front was dragging the groundThere is also a scratch on the driver's front side finderAlso, I was not told about the fees until I went to the tow shop to pick it up
