December 12, Re: ID# *** To Whom It May Concern: We are in receipt of the above-mentioned complaint where the customer is suggesting we did not reach back out to him when he requested mentorshipTo begin let’s establish a starting point of enrollment. The PSA Agreement (Enclosed)
was signed on April 17, 2015. We agree that the enrollment fee was $10,and he paid $5,from a credit card and financed the balance of $5,through UGA/UAS (Agreement Enclosed) which he paid offWith that said, we have a sophisticated phone system that tracks all inbound and outbound calls. I went in to our tracking system and found that between April 16, and May 4, there were inbound calls from him and outbound calls from us. Some of these calls could have gone to voicemail and others received but this establishes a baseline for this responseAfter May 4, 2015, we have no record of the customer calling into our “work phone numbers” where the calls would be recorded on our PBX. I am not saying that he didn’t reach out to Duane on his cell phone but since that date no calls were ever received to our officePer the PSA Agreement the customer received of the Training and Educational Sessions which are received via phone and computer screen sharing(Enclosed Emails/Notes Verifying Sessions). There is no record as to why on May 4, the final session was not held as the individual who was providing the training for our company took another position at the end of that same month. Even though the original training is no longer with the company, he is not responsible to “mentor” the student that falls on the shoulders of another person who is still with the company todayBesides the Training and Educational sessions provided, the company is required to provide a Website. The customer is responsible to provide “hosting” so that when someone wanted to go to his website of www.myfundslocater.com it would work. I tried to pull up the website but it looks like hosting has been suspended but it was being hosted by Bluehost. We also provide Postcard Templates (Email Enclosed). We also provide a Blueprint for Tax Overages (Email Enclosed). Additional information provided was Scripts, POA, Agreements etc To re-emphasize since May 4, there have been no emails or calls to our office that would have been forwarded immediately to our resolution department to make sure we were fulfilling our contractual agreement In our agreement, it states that we will work with a customer for months, AS LONG AS THEY ARE ACTIVILY WORKING THE BUSINESS. Each customer is an independent contractor and responsible for their business. The customer may have called Duane but we have no record of it and if I had put $10,into Training and Mentoring I would make sure that the company receives my requests. It has been months since enrollment and he just now files a complaint? I can assure you there is more to the story on his part and he is trying to use this avenue to get a refund when he is way out of the refund policy. Simply stated it is business days after enrollmentWould could take offence and say we are unwilling to help him further, we have no contractual obligation to do so but if he wants to get a re-fresher course and some mentoring we would be willing to provide it. The great thing about the Tax Overage Business is we don’t create it nor control it we can take advantage of it “IF” we are willing to work at it. This business is basically recession proof regardless of what the economy is doingSo in conclusion, no refund will be offered however we over our services to help him get re-started in the businessThanks, Glen A*** Asset Tracers, LLC 866-320-Ext 801-420-Mobile [email protected]

December 12, 2016 Re: ID# [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: We are in receipt of the above-mentioned complaint where the customer is suggesting we did not reach back out to him when he requested mentorship. To begin let’s establish a starting point of enrollment.  The PSA Agreement (Enclosed)...

was signed on April 17, 2015.  We agree that the enrollment fee was $10,000.00 and he paid $5,000.00 from a credit card and financed the balance of $5,000.00 through UGA/UAS (Agreement Enclosed) which he paid off. With that said, we have a sophisticated phone system that tracks all inbound and outbound calls.  I went in to our tracking system and found that between April 16, 2017 and May 4, 2017 there were 3 inbound calls from him and 12 outbound calls from us.  Some of these calls could have gone to voicemail and others received but this establishes a baseline for this response. After May 4, 2015, we have no record of the customer calling into our “work phone numbers” where the calls would be recorded on our PBX.  I am not saying that he didn’t reach out to Duane on his cell phone but since that date no calls were ever received to our office. Per the PSA Agreement the customer received 3 of the 4 Training and Educational Sessions which are received via phone and computer screen sharing. (Enclosed Emails/Notes Verifying Sessions).  There is no record as to why on May 4, 2017 the final session was not held as the individual who was providing the training for our company took another position at the end of that same month.  Even though the original training is no longer with the company, he is not responsible to “mentor” the student that falls on the shoulders of another person who is still with the company today.
