I've been trying to get my car back it was repossessedThey had me call the lot number to set up an appointment to pick up my vehicleI called the number several times and left two messagesTo no avail did anyone answer or call me back for hoursI attempt to call again and a Man voice picks up who I believe to be "Dan" the lot assistantHe answered and before I could say hello he shouted "Calling me back to back over ten times is not going to get your car back faster" and proceeded to hang up in my faceI'm pretty sure that is not a way to treat any customers wether they are at a line at [redacted] or are actually calling to try to get their possessions back so that they can make sure they can have a car to go to work and keep their jobHe also lied to his manager and said that I cursed him out and that I never left any messages on the voicemailI hope no one has to come across the rudeness and disrespect that I've delt with todayHonest review
