I bought a Vacuum mug (water bottle) on Septjust a day before my West Coast trip and tried to exchange it the 2nd day after I came back from the trip on Oct The reason why I wanted to exchange it is that the design of the bottle will hurt lips by hot water I bought it as a gift to my friend and I wanted to take it back to China when I go home The store would not exchange it for it exceeded days which is their policy for exchange or return I understand it though I explained the reason of the delay on my side is I was out of town ( the trip) But it did not occur to me is that the customer service girl said that the bottle smelled Coffee This I can not accept It is a brand new bottle, I did not use it How come it had coffee smell? And the customer service girl further said that there was sticky dirty on the surface which made me realise that the bar code was removed leaving the glue on the surface to get dirt on it There is no problem with me for the
