I have given the company my phone number, but when the company looks up service, they say they cannot find my phone number in their database.? But I know for a fact that I called your company, and that your company sent over a technician who scammed me out of $180.? Now I want half my money back!? I have been through this with your company with many phone calls and each phone call some rude male answers and hangs up.? Does not give me a manager's name, a company address, etc.? It is three males who answer the phone and I'm not playing this game with you guys!? You dispatched a technician who ripped me off and I would like half of my money back! Sincerely, [redacted]

But when they look my transaction by phone number they say that my phone number does not exist. I have asked to talk supervisors multiple times, and the people on the phone have hung up on me, say that I am lying, will not give the name of someone in charge, are very rude. This business is scamming people! Which is why I went through the trouble of submitting this dispute. I deserve half of the overcharged amount! The tech said he only accepts cash, but that I could pay by card with a 10% charge, or he could follow me to the nearest ATM and he would not take a check Sincerely, [redacted]
