I completely agree with the other review...TERRIBLE serviceWhen I dropped off my car, I was talked down to and there were many "jokes" made at my expense that had me pretty upset, and I almost went somewhere else, but decided to suck it up and let them try to fix the carWhen I went to pick up the car, I was literally yelled atMultiple times, for no reason at allHe was yelling at me about how much I was inconveniencing him by picking up my car minutes before closingI have never been treated so disrespectfully in my lifeI don't even know how this place is still in business with the way they treat customers

I dropped off my car on Saturday On Tuesday at 3:30pm I get a phone call voice mail that my car was ready I get to the store at 4:40pm and Tinh (spelling?) is walking out of the door locking up The neon Open sign is still flashing on and their posted hours clearly say they close at 5:30pm
I say I'm here to pick up my car Tinh says "car is gone." What? Proceeds to tell me his son TOOK MY CAR HOME FOR THE NIGHT I am dumbfounded at this and he tells me "You no call tell me you coming." He then proceeds to tell me my car was taken home "for safety" and then that there was "nowhere to park it" (the front lot had cars in it with at least empty spaces) I insist he bring my car back right now He proceeds to go into a tirade about how I'm "overreacting" and I'm "blowing it out of proportion."
After I threaten with calling the police, he laments and calls his son who drives my car back after a half hour wait The son then proceeds to get in his own personal vehicle, also in the "packed" parking lot and take it home
