Our web site Purchase Terms & Conditions are required
to be accepted before a purchase can be madeThese terms clearly state
for a Live Class, you must email us in advance of changes if you wish to get
credit to
attend to attend in the future. We understand unexpected
circumstances ariseThis customer did email in advance the first time,
However, after that, this customer missed multiple other dates without
advance noticeWe offered him a chance to reinstate for $280, 50% of the full
feeHe then told us, among other things, we were holding him hostageAt that
point, we refunded his full fee. We allow as much flexibility as possible
to makeup missed class dates and each student is expected to be responsible to
follow what is required. This student did not and although we did not owe
him a refund at all, we chose to refund his full fee

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[The terms and conditions do not state anything in regards to unforeseen circumstancesLet’s say hypothetically, a student gets into a terrible car accident on his or her way to classAre they expected to email you and let you know before the accident occurs? That would be quite impossible being that they cannot foresee the future Also, I did not miss multiple days after my first email that was sentI missed only one dayBill, I was only missing one day of education to receive my certificate not multiple daysI had completed 70/hours of the required education to receive my certificate*** is relaying INNACURATE informationTo finish my one course (hours course) I was told by you that I had to pay $(50% of entire course fee) to finish my one-day’s worth of educationIn the terms and conditions it does not state that students will have to pay for days missed, especially for unforeseen circumstancesIn fact, the terms and conditions don’t state anything about unforeseen circumstances. I asked *** why I had to pay the $since the instructor told me I had to pay $to take the missed courseI asked him several times how I could make my paymentInstead of answering me on how I could precede with payment, *** argued with me, spoke very unprofessionally with me, returned my original payment and kicked me out of the course after all the time and dedication I put forthI tried numerous times before and after I was kicked out to speak to *** over the phone, but he never returned any of my calls or email requests to speak to him over the phoneThis is the unprofessional behavior *** presented. I want to be reimbursed for my time or be allowed to finish the courseI took time off from work to partake in this course.]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[The terms and conditions do not state anything in regards to unforeseen circumstances. Let’s say hypothetically, a student gets into a terrible car accident on his or her way to class. Are they expected to email you and let you know before the accident occurs? That would be quite impossible being that they cannot foresee the future.  Also, I did not miss multiple days after my first email that was sent. I missed only one day. Bill, I was only missing one day of education to receive my certificate not multiple days. I had completed 70/80 hours of the required education to receive my certificate. [redacted] is relaying INNACURATE information. To finish my one course (10 hours course) I was told by you that I had to pay $280 (50% of entire course fee) to finish my one-day’s worth of education. In the terms and conditions it does not state that students will have to pay for days missed, especially for unforeseen circumstances. In fact, the terms and conditions don’t state anything about unforeseen circumstances. I asked [redacted] why I had to pay the $280 since the instructor told me I had to pay $25 to take the missed course. I asked him several times how I could make my payment. Instead of answering me on how I could precede with payment, [redacted] argued with me, spoke very unprofessionally with me, returned my original payment and kicked me out of the course after all the time and dedication I put forth. I tried numerous times before and after I was kicked out to speak to [redacted] over the phone, but he never returned any of my calls or email requests to speak to him over the phone.
