Veterans beware using this company to receive A & A from VA. Owner is not a Attorney, VA Claims Agent or a Veteran Service Officer. He is not accredited with VA to assist filing VA Claims. The owner is in violation of Federal Law filing claims for VA compensation.

I contacted this firm back in August after having gotten their name from a health care agency. The major purpose was to determine if my husband could get VA benefits and what was necessary to do so,
They met with me and gave me a plan and I agreed to their "Estate Planning Preservation Agreement" and paid their entire fee. After a lot of research on my part, I determined that
the proposed plan included a life insurance plan funded by my IRA and putting other assets into trusts which would have incurred larger tax costs thus reducing my income. I told them these did not meet my needs and asked for other alternatives.

I did not hear from and followed up and finally, in December, after advising them that my husband had passed away received another letter proposing only the trust for other assets (only change making it revocable) which is now totally unnecessary as probate will not be an issue in the way things are structured. I haven't hear a word from them since or a proportional refund as I requested.

My word of caution - don't be naïve like me and pay up front. Be sure they can provide you with a solution that works for you and not the one shoe fits all program
