My complaint is with Comtex, because the sales person there did not explain the internet service she sold me with Verizon was not unlimited Therefore I went way over my limit, and it cost me $for just using it for daysI did not want this kind of service, so I cancelled the
contract which cost me another $ What can I say I'm very unhappy with Verizon also, but they are not the ones that sold me the service

The sales rep explained the plan in detail to the customer with the additional supervision of her manager [redacted].  The service agreement signed by the customer clearly states the plan details and data package details.However, as a courtesy, we have issued a credit to the customer's account for the $350 early termination fee.  It should appear on the next billing cycle.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and would love to help with anything else that we can.
