Assisting Hands Home Care of Monmouth County

We have been using assisting hands for about 2 years. They are our main caregivers for my mom who is 88 years old and sufferes from dementia. We depend on them to take care of mom 6 days a week from 9:30am - 12:30 pm Monday thru Saturday. One of the most important responsibities is to administer her daily medications. There has been three occasions now where no one shows up or someone shows up and then leaves mom alone after a half hour. We are not notified and the admistrators of assisting hands are unaware and uniformed that this is taking place. After we complained and upon their investigation, they give us irrational excuses and tell us the caregiver will be reprimanded and they apologize. This company has a five star rating. This is a gross example of false advertising. I am complaining and informing the Revdex.com so that this doesn't happen to someone who depends on reliable caregiving company.
