I am rejecting this response because: I dispute everything CSD says I did or did not do when installing this engine.  I've been working on cars for almost 50 yrs.. I know how to install an engine.  I'm not after money.  I don't want a dime from CSD.  And I don't want them to ever do any work for me again.  I have no reason to make up a story about this engine.  I thought I could get a good engine at a cheap price but I was wrong.
I have another engine block at reputable machine shop and should be ready soon.  I don't want to argue with CSD. It won't do any good.  I have the block I got from them on a stand in my garage. I show it to everyone who stops by.  If anyone would like to see it TEXT me at [redacted].  I hope I  can help someone avoid what happened to me.
I'm sure CSD will dispute what I saying but I have the evidence and the witnesses who helped me with the install, removal and tear down of the engine.  I'm done.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If I do not receive the check I will call the Revdex.com again.

Company states: We do many engines and we have about an 8-10 weeks to complete engine work. It was the 8th week and he called us and demanded a refund. We were very close to completing it at about 2 days. He told him that we would get him all taken care of but he was still using bad language. We...

told him that we are going to refund his money. We have decided to give him a full refund.

Attached is the signed invoice and warranty for Mr. [redacted] engine. Mr [redacted] has made several statements that are incorrect or misleading to you.1. On the issue of a leaking freeze plug. My staff never told him to put [redacted] in his engine. Instead when he brought the engine back, we...

changed the leaking plug.2. On the oil leak issue. Mr [redacted] claims that the oil leak was from the rear main seal, when we inspected the engine at our shop we found that the leak was from the oil pan that Mr. [redacted] claims he changed twice. The oil pan was his responsibility to install. We also changed the rear seal to make him happy. There was nothing wrong with it.3. On the over heating issue. There is nothing inside of an engine that will let it build enough pressure to blow the radiator hose. There are many external things that would cause that.   * The most commom cause is an air lock in the block on initial startup. The proper proceedure is to use a radiator vacumn tool to pull all the air out of the engine block. Reading Mr. [redacted] statement tells me he did not use that tool. ( See our warranty page 3 number 17.)    * The thermostat is another cause of this. According to Mr. [redacted] statement, he didn't change this untill after the hose blew off. (You can see in our warrany page 4 number 24 the thermostat must be checked or replaced.)    * The radiator cap is design with a pressure relief to stop this from happening. I don't see in his statement where it was checked or replaced. ( See our warranty page 4 number 20.)4. On his claim about the engine getting hot. There could be other causes plugged radiator, air still trapped in the engine block, wrong water pump, bad fan belts, no radiator shroud. The most common cause is no air flow.5. Mr. [redacted] claims we charged him $100 for a good engine core, if you look at the attached invoice you can see he was never charged.6. The issue of rust and scale in the engine block after it sat for six months. We hot tank every engine block as well as jet tank them after the hot tank process. Engine blocks are cast iron and ANY cast iron if you leave water in it for six months will rust up. This is NOT the cause of his problems. The most serious claim to me is the fraud. My company has never sold an engine that was not machined. On rebuilt engines from our shop they are usually bored .030, .040 or .060. I will be able to prove that the engine was bored by checking it with our dial bore guage. This insturment can measure to 1/10 of 1/1000 of an inch. If that engine was not bored like he claimes it will read way over .060. The scratches in the cylinders can only be caused by dirt getting in the engine during installation. I can prove my staff machined this block in a court of law and if Mr. [redacted] continues this claim, I will sue him for slander. In closing we have not heard anything from Mr. [redacted] since he picked the engine up in late 2014 until he called on 4/25/16. I told him during that call that I was in a bad cell area and lost him. I tried to call him back several time five minutes later and left him messages every time. If need be I will produce my phone records. Our warranty is very clear  especially page 1 paragraph 1, page 1 paragraph 8 and page 2 paragraph 4.  Thank You
