Disgraceful companyThey have sent bills to me for work that I was never notified needed to be done and they directly violated the covenants of my communityNumerous attempts to contact them show that they are either completely inept or very smart because you can't get them to resolve anything yet they keep assessing "late" charges on the charges you are disputingNot only are they assessing late charges for something they did in violation of the covenants, but they don't notify you of the late charges....in my case they did send me notification after a year and a half of assessed charges.....I can't believe this company can still exist if they are truly that inept so that means they are doing this on purpose to charge me more "late" charges which I'm sure is not legalI've filed a Revdex.com complaint and I'm now in contact with the Florida Attorney General
Company is disorganizedProperty managers are not as active as they would like you to believeI have been involved with this company in separate communities and saw no real difference in the companies organization or participation
Fees charged do not match the services performed
This property management company is a pitiful example of a condo management company.
It is extremely difficult to get a person on the phone. Maintenance people typically do not provide their phone numbers, so when things go wrong you have to just leave messages that apparently never get read or responded to.
After a fire in one of the units in my community, 5 of the units remain unuseable because Associa does not care how long owners and tenants are unable to access their unit for living purposes because Associa management does not want to make too many trips to the unit to have inspections done.
Their permit applications are incomplete, requiring several inspecitons to be completed by the county to get issues resolved.

They're accounting is horrible. They do not fix the accounting issues and then both the owner and the association incur fees for late notices, lien notices, etc. If the owner ever gets the issue fixed with Associa, then the late fees are typically waived for the owner if they're lucky, but the association still pays all the cost for the late notices, lien notices, etc. It's a mess.
