Mrs. [redacted] states in her complaint that there were two small stains on the mattress, however these stains are approximately 12-14" in diameter. While wc originally offered to replace the panels at a cost of $450 (a significant discount) so that we would be able to service her product with minim.um exposi1re to our employees, Ms. [redacted] did not feel that she should have to pay any amount.
