RE: Complaint [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: In response to the complaint case id [redacted] , Holder Mattress is currently working with this customer to resolve any issues with her productThis mattress set was delivered to the customer on 2/12/Attached is the original sales ticket and signed wan:anty paperwork Our warranty states that certajn stains will voi.d a warranty (stated in the 2"d paragraph of Warranty as well as under the Mattress Protection bullet point)Mrs [redacted] states in her complaint that there were two small stains on the mattress, however these stains are approximately 12-14" in diameterWhile wc originally offered to replace the panels at a cost of $(a significant discount) so that we would be able to service her product with minim.um exposi1re to our employees, Ms [redacted] did not feel that she should have to pay any amountIn order to try and please Ms***, we a.greed to pick up her mattress and inspect it for warranty issues at our expenseHer mattress is scheduled to be picked up on Thursday, February 2, Itwill be inspected at that point for warranty issuesAny warranted issues will be repaired and the mattress will be retumed on Saturday, February 4, Ms [redacted] had called and spoken with sales staff prior to the original assessment to find out about receiving a refundShe was informed again at that time that her warranty stated that refunds are only valid within the first days of the mattress delivery and as a comfort policy 011ly and all warranty repairs were made to the existing mattress Ifyou have any further questions or need any further information, plea.se feel free to contact me at cm [redacted] (@.holderrnattress.com or 765-236- Sincerely, Christine M [redacted] Controller130WestMorganStreetKokomo,TN46901Phone(765)236-1492;Fax(765)236-
