Hello Mrs***, Please let me apologize that it took me a few weeks to issue the creditPlease note that I issued it before hearing that you filed a complaint to the Revdex.comWe have been very short staffed, and doing all we can to keep up with our work
load. The short of the story is; with the parts and labor we didn't charge you, and the credit I issued as a customer service gesture (although later than you may have liked), you received $worth of parts and labor for a net of about $150. We can debate whether or not the control board was part of the problem or a misdiagnosis, but our technician is factory trained and authorized, it's very possible that the problem was stemmed from one of the electrical issues during a storm, the other parts are wired in series or the guy misdiagnosed it, I do have faith in the technician. I received a call from the Revdex.com today that you filed a complaintI called each of your telephone numbers on the evening of the 7th to apologize for the delay, but to let you know that I did issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of $220. I believe the amount you felt entitled to was $if my memory serves correctly. Although I told you that I would look over the bill, and do what was the right thing to do, the facts are as follows. On 5/20/our FACTORY AUTHORIZED TECHNICIAN diagnosed your washer, there was a problem with the main control board which was not sending power to make the washer spinHe noticed that the electric drain pump was also cutting in and out, he advised you not to repair the unit because of the cost of the parts which would be over $parts alone(below are the links to an on-line "discount" parts supplier, you will see that those two parts alone were over $407). You called me to say that your husband said to fix the washer *** went back and only put in the control board, not the pump because he didn't notice at first the pump working only intermittentlyWe charged you $for labor time (no second service call), and $for the control board, he tested it and said it was running fine. You called back and said it wasn't working again, we went back and installed the pump, and charged you ZERO, and noticed that there was also a problem with the shift assembly which is electronic and wired in series with the control panelWe ordered the shift assembly, returned and charged you ZERO. The original $that you paid was for the initial service call, $95., the diagnostic time to check it out, $50, and the sales taxAt that point, we advised you NOT to put more money into the washer because there were multiple issues. Next we came back and installed the electronic computer and charged NO service call, just the part $278.95, and the labor, $- plus tax. After that, we made two more service calls at NO CHARGE, replaced the pump assembly at NO CHARGE, the shifter at NO CHARGE, and the labor at NO CHARGEThen I GAVE YOU BACK $(even though the parts are all installed in your washer). The first visit is a separate issueThe bottom line is after that call, with the $credit, you received over $in parts, $in labor, a ballpark of $600, for a net cost to you of $150.*** $307.37*** $100.27*** $ 46.57 $454.21 Again, I am sorry that I didn't tend to looking over the invoice soonerI have written off, and credited you back a total of about $in parts and services we did to the washer, and hope you agree that this is fair.Best Regards,*** *** ** *** Associated Appliance & Service *** *** *** *** ** ***

Review: After a fire in our house we needed to replace all appliances. During the delivery the men delivering got our stainless steel refrigerator/freezer wedged in our stairway for about 30 minutes. They could have easily brought it in the back slider that is actually in kitchen but thought it would be easier to come through the front door and up stairs. They also damaged a new hardwood floor and the walls. I notified Associated Appliance the very next day. That was in March. They never came to look at it. Then when the humid days of summer arrived the refrigerator started to rust. It is very bad, you can clearly see the rust has formed in the scrapes from being damaged from being shoved through a tight area. I called them many times, they say I still owe them $400.00. If thats the case the damage to my home and refrigerator well exceeds that amount. Also they are saying I gave them bad checks...not true, the checks had a stop payment on them due to me being very upset with them. I rectified that with in days.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to stand behind the products they sell and at least replace the damaged doors. Im not looking for the repair to my home. I just think its unfair they sold me a complete new kitchen over $12,000.00 and damaged one of the products and won't try to work with us at all. I was told too bad for me I signed off on delivery. I did do that but the scratches were difficult to see and really came obvious after it got humid out. Stainless steel should not rust. Also they told me to never call the store again. I called the [redacted] Company, they offered to split the price of doors with me since it was not a failure on their part, I think Associated should work out a deal with [redacted] and replace the doors on a rifrigerator that I have had for 4 months in my home that is an eyesore all rust.

Payment was made by debit card, check and financed. The store says I still owe them $400. I had stopped payment on checks because I was upset with them. Then I financed the balance of $4000

Review: Early in May my washing machine was not working properly, did not rinse and spin clothes so they were soaking wet at end of cycle. On May 6, a repairman from Associated Appliance came to diagnose the problem. The charge for service call and diagnosis was $150. I was told it needed a new control board and possibly a drain pump. On May 20, a different repairman came and installed the control board and said the old pump was okay. He left and I put in a load of wash only to find that it did the exact thing as before. The charge that time was $350. I immediately called Associated so they decided the pump must be bad. I was not happy with them and so they promised me a repairman before 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 23. He never showed up so I called again just to be told he had hit the wrong date in the computer. Now I am really upset as it is difficult for me to find time for all these visits due to my work schedule. They came on Monday the 26th and put in new pump at no charge. Machine had same problem again when I did wash after they left. My husband went on-line and found this is a common problem with Maytag washers and it was the actuator, a $50 part.He called and told them they had misdiagnosed it and to get this part and put old control board back. On June 3 they came and put in the actuator and machine works perfectly. I was told all along by [redacted], the service manager, that he would make it right and refund some money. I have contacted him by phone three times since and every time he has told me he is going to do it the next day. Most recent was this past Tuesday, June 16 when he promised to do it Wednesday and call me. I have received no phone call. I am happy to pay the $150 service charge for first visit and the $50 for the part that worked and $50 for labor. I have paid out $500 and spent a month with no washer. I would like a reimbursement of at least $200. Hopefully, you can help resolve this matter. Thank you.Desired Settlement: A reimbursement of $250.
