Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:That is an incorrect information that is being provided when I spoke with your customer service representative she did not mention that any other notices were sent to meShe stated that the company does tend to get busy and does not always send out a statements or notices when clients fall behind on paymentsIf a day notice was sent to me as stated here, a phone call would have been made with the same issues as I reported here that no other attempts were made and balance would have been paidThe balance is not a issue, it's the fact that the company failed to provide statementThis facility is interested in ruining clients credit instead of fixing problems within their billing department and how they seek reimbursement Sincerely, [redacted] ***
