I am rejecting this response because: When asked about return policy when purchasing this product, I asked if I would have it charged back to my CREDIT CARD, not store creditThey said YES. They misled the consumer, very dishonest, and deceptive, communication was made clear, a repeat was done on a follow up callHave reported them to consumer affairs
