*Date: Fri, Feb 19, at 1:PMSubject: Complaint ID ***To: *** *** Response to Complaint ID *** states she come in and cancelled her gym membership "in August or September" but we do
not have a cancellation letter on file. Our notes state that on August 3, 2015 she froze her gym membership for four months. When *** froze her account she was not charged during that time, but she had a payment due on Jan 1, when her account unfroze. That payment did not go through so our billing company contacted her.For ***'s convenience, we have cancelled her account with no further payment due.
