Customer Relations contacted Mr. * and he was unable to recite any current existing short comings, and could relate to already corrected history. Find attached copy of repair order signed by complainant that stipulates completion times are not guaranteed. Application of deductibles are an arrangement with the customer and their insurance company to secure a discounted premium. Reimbursement of an insurance deductible is adverse to industry standard, and we decline to do so. Deplete ion of fuel from the vehicle is a figment of the customers imagination as it was never driven from the premises.We provide a lifetime warranty which remains in effect.
