We spoke wit Ms [redacted] and apologized for our salesman's actionWe also held a meeting with the entire sales force and management staff about language, actions, horse play and etiquetteThis will not be tolerated by any employee at any time for any reasonBeing a Nissan, we had to send the car out for repair and it appears to be fixed Ms [redacted] accepted our apology and I believe she left happy in her new car [redacted] General Manager

From: [redacted] ] Sent: Thursday, December 15, 2:PMTo: ' [redacted] Subject: respond to === [redacted] Regarding [redacted] on 11/17/ customer brought car in and said vehicle long turn over before start,,,, runs rough and dies shortly after ,,,, customer has previously replaced the cam sensor and crank sensor and e.g.r value him self after we performed one hour diagnostic we then call customer back and informed him of next step will need to get into wiring and checkwould be another Hours to start cking wiring he oked had fault code p0129,, witch is baro pressure out of range p, witch is camshaft position senor bank one /sensor one had no volt supply to cam sensor or map trace wiring to p.c.m have to remove cowl panels to get to volt supply to rule out p.c.m shut down found volt supply yellow / pink wire from p.c.m to cam and map shortyed at egr value un pluged short went away pin was bent in connector housing repaired , and retest new e.g.r value that customer installed shorted also adviced customer of his new e.g.r value is shorted out probably from bent pens in connecter he oked to replace with our new part and would install it for free while we had it apart witch saved him in labor plus 20% off on part or he could get his own e.g.r value then retest system put customer own part in vehicle and called customer to pick up with price oked pick up

In regards to [redacted] ***s's complaint , I have done some research and have hopefully settled this issueWe could not give the registration or decal for license plate to Ms [redacted] because the deal was not funded by [redacted] due to failure by Ms [redacted] to complete her welcome call, required by all secondary lendersBy the time the welcome call was completed, the first payment was due, further delaying completion of the dealIn regards to her phone call with Mr [redacted] , Sr I heard the entire conversation with the two and Mr [redacted] did hang up on her after she called him a [redacted] He told her he too was a veteran and served in Vietnam and would not let her talk to him like thatI have told all my employees they do not have to take verbal or physical abuse from customers, other employees or vendorsWe go out of our way for all military personnel, as my son is currently serving in the Air ForceFinally, we made the 1st payment for Ms [redacted] to get the deal completed, told her daughter she could come pick the registration & decal up, which she couldn't for several weeks because she is out of town, so we mailed it to herWe tried to reach Ms [redacted] as well, but her phone has temporarily been disconnected.Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager
I am very sorry for Ms***'s trouble with her vanShe bought the vehicle at [redacted] and with most older, high mile vehicles they begin to have trouble at 90,+ milesWe hooked the van up for diagnostics and the only thing that showed up was a bad battery, which she approved to replaceWe could not get the van to duplicate the problems that she brought it in forWe did refund her the $for the diagnostic test when she complained about it as goodwillI told her we could try and trade her out of it, but she owed so much more than what is worth, we could not get bank approval or to her desired paymentI recommended her trading her husbands car and maybe we could add enough to that deal to pay for repairs to the vanI also suggested she return to [redacted] to see if they could help her since they did the financing as wellI was always courteous to Ms [redacted] , but understand her frustration without being able to diagnose the problem as the other dealership could not either, even after replacing the battery cable wiresSincerely, [redacted] -General Manager
[redacted] this trade is only coming up because the car has been not right since I pulled off with carThey making it seem as if I just want to trade it because I don't want itI've been lied too on numerous times telling me car was fixed and can be picked up...Kenny told me he would find me a car off the lot and do a tradeOf course now I can't be qualified for a loan because of this situation the car had a payment due on 7/which I was told I would have a different car by then and the mist of waiting for a new car it broke down again and they lied and told me they fixed it but didn'tThey should've never let me come get car if it wasn't fixedIt's not professional and unethical that a car lot can sale you a car that they know nothing about but the color and vin numberI want them to back the deal I don't care if I don't receive my down payment back at least take care of car fix and take care of the first two payments
