On January 10, 2017, I went to on Tire & Automotive to purchase a used tire size '245/76/16' for a Nissan Pathfinder Upon arrival, the owner, *** *** told me they had such tire for my vehicle I was then informed that my other tires had dry rot In addition, I had a serious oil leak Mr*** told me he replaced of my tires with used ones He also said he purchased an oil sending unit and repaired the serious oil leak I signed the receipt for the cost of the above listed items in good faith The total invoice amount was $ I was handing Mr*** a credit card in payment of these items when he informed me that his credit card machine was broken He said he would accept cash I told him I did not have that much cash and he reluctantly accepted a check After I left this facility, my suspicions were raised because an auto business expected or preferred cash payments of this amount I then closely examined all tires on my vehicle at home and pulled the invoi
