was a “one-time flat rate non-refundable general retainer fee.” As such, I have no obligation to return any funds to Mr. [redacted]. I referred Mr. [redacted] to the fee agreement that was signed with my office and indicated that if in fact any monies were to be refunded, they would be refunded pursuant to a “180-day refund policy” as per the agreement which was signed. After reviewing Mr. [redacted]'s file and his most recent actions, particularly that regarding a Complaint filed with your organization, there will be no refund for Mr. [redacted].
