On 11/18/2013 I was notified that this business had collected money that should not have been collected for payment on a loan I paid off 7/5/2012. After speaking with a male at the location listed, he told me that I owed the business $462.00;however, this amount was not the loan amount and I asked him for further information at which point he became very obnoxious and rude. I informed him that the account was paid in full over a year ago. This person was not being helpful under no circumstances and told me that I would not get my money back because I owed it to the business. I tried to speak as calmly as possible with this person, but he continued to be very rude and inconsiderate to assist me with this issue. I also informed him that an elderly female handled this transaction and I have the receipt showing the loan was paid in full by way of a check.Desired SettlementI am requesting a full refund of the money they received by fraud which he or whomever received and should not have.
