the emergency service request to *** Appliance againWe followed up with the tenant on Monday 5/and she confirmed that she had spoke to *** Appliance and they would be there at 1pm that day*** Appliance reported to us that the refrigerator and freezer were working fine at the time of their assessment and provided the attached photos showing a refrigerator temperature of degrees and a freezer temperature of degrees.The technician from *** Appliance had no explanation for why the refrigerator may not have worked over the weekend other than the possibility of the compressor "getting ready to go out", but that everything was currently working fineOn Wednesday, 5/25, we sent a maintenance contractor to the property to confirm that the refrigerator was still working; the maintenance contractor reported that the refrigerator was working fineOn 5/31, the tenant notified us that she had "purchased" a new refrigerator and wanted the owners refrigerator removed from the propertyWe responded the same day that we would find out from the owner of the property if it was okay to remove the refrigeratorOn 6/7, we notified the tenant that we had the owner's approval to remove the refrigeratorOn 6/7, the tenant notified us that she had not purchased a refrigerator as previously reported and wanted a reduction on her rentShe also reported at that time that the freezer was not freezing ice cubesWe notified the tenant that we cannot give her a reduction on her rent and that we would send *** Appliance back to check the temperature readings in the refrigerator again*** Appliance has been notified and service is pending as of this writing
