Terrible company!!!!!!! Ordered a tv from *** enlisted ags to deliverit has been almost a month, I still do not have my tv I have set multiple "appointments" for delivery, taken off work to be home to accept delivery every time no call, no showif you call the local delivery hub you get voicemail and never called back, if you call the number, be prepared to sit on hold for + minutes and then get blatantly lied tohorrible company, horrible customer serviceyou should be ashamed!!!

Called to arrange delivery and was told driver would schedule appointment. Never received a call the next day and called to follow up as I gave them a window when I would not be home. I was told delivery would arrive later in the day. Delivery came during the time period I said I would not be home and inconvenienced our family.

Called manager to let him know what happened and he could not understand the problem, his response, "you received your delivery didn't you? Horrible customer service. I would avoid! (cleveland office)

Terrible shipper. In 2015, who says "We're only in your area Tuesdays and Thursdays"? Should my order ever arrive, it will be weeks after the promised date. Why would someone use AGS when [redacted], etc are available. Awful product, surly customer service. Avoid.

Truly not a customer service oriented one! With partnership to Samsung, it's just making the consumer's life miserable!
