Unfortunately, this loan originated with HealthEast Employees Credit Union who has since merged with Associated Healthcare Credit Union on January 1, 2013. Associated Healthcare Credit Union does not have a relationship nor do we report our loan history to Experian credit bureau. We...
exclusively report our loan history to Equifax credit bureau. As a result, we are unable to modify the history on the Experian credit bureau. It's my understanding based on past member experience that once you complete the dispute with Experian, they give the former HealthEast credit union time to reply. Upon no reply, the bureau will update the history based on what is being disputed from the customer.
