When the home was listed for rent in the description it said "beautiful fireplace"we have pictures of the listing Also when looking at the home Christina the agent said it was working and would be great for winterTo try and dodge responsibility for lack of maintenance on the home due to the prior tenants not caring is absurd and I can't believe you would try and claim you had no ideaI don't believe you understand that this fireplace that we were never told DID NOT work either is a fire hazard and that is the direct opinion of the professional that inspected itWe have made a counter offer to VIP and will await their response

The business resolved my complaint by sending me the money owedThe business were supposed to go to the credit bureau and note that the tenant still owed back rent for the last place she rented
