Case number [redacted] Revdex.com,Attached is the explanation for Mr [redacted] .As you can see we were there for the first and only replacement of the harness 4/3/17,the day after I receive your letterIt seems to be a factory defective part.I don't think it will be a problem anymore.He has a year parts warranty on his system.Thank you for bringing it to our attention.Bruce L***PresidentFrom: Matt V [redacted] [redacted] Date: Fri, Apr 14, at 4:PMBruce,I researched Mr [redacted] concerns in regards to the Trane heatpump system we installed 2-05-2016.We have been to his home times since the install, including the Qua inspectionAt the time of the Qua Bryan found and intermittent connector in the Air handler unitHe reconnected the matching plugs and all ran properlyWe attributed the connectors intermittent operation to possibly the manufacturer may not have seated the connector to the proper depth.On 9-27-we were out for a Ptu and all checked out properlyOn 4-03-we were out for the spring PtuDuring the inspection Bryan found the indoor Blower to be intermittent once again and diagnosed the same connector as being the problemWe ordered the connector and installed it yesterday 4-14-2017.The system was checked out and all working properlyWe have no records where this system had failed or left the customer without Heat or AC between our Tuneup visitsI have attached copies of our service invoices and a picture of the failed harness.Let me know if you need anymore informationThank you,Matt V [redacted] Service Manager
