home When the clients first contacted us with their request for a move, we told them that their deadline of August 1, was not feasible, but that we would make every effort to accommodate their deadline.As stated in the complaint, one of our key employees passed away on July which caused a tremendous disruption of our business We attempted to help the *** find another mover to get their home moved in a timely manner Despite numerous attempts, we were unable to find another mover to help them. We have spent the month of August finishing jobs that were started before the loss of our foreman and trying to train a replacement for him It has been a difficult and frustrating time, but because of the specialized knowledge required to perform in our industry, it has taken time to get back up to speed.We met with the *** yesterday, and have scheduled a new date to move their home that is acceptable to them We feel that we have reached an accord, and that once the move is accomplished the issue will be resolved.Since then, the building has been moved to the new location and the issue appears to have been resolved The email I received from you this morning had a link to your *** email address, but the link didn't work I don't know why you did not receive our initial response Please let me know when you have received this
