My Mother passed away on January 28th We filed her life insurance through the funeral homeThey had us fill out the required assignment forms and we also provided the company with the death certificateUpon submission, Bankers Fidelity stalledThey asked for yet another assignment form which we filled out and sent in at the funeral homeThere has never been any other beneficiaryJust meNow they are saying I am not the primary beneficiary but a contingent beneficiaryThey are stalling once againIt has been more than a month at this point and my moms final expense bills are piling up as well as the poor funeral home who is waiting to get paid for their servicesThis is a breach of contract as far as I am concernedThe premiums were always paid on time, and the life insurance policy was never canceledThe company has had ample time to forfill their end of the contract but have failed to do so choosing to stall and runn both us and the funeral home in circlesThis needs

I started using Bug Out service in Nov and initially had signed up for automatic bill payment as it provided a discount on my servicesIn March I received a letter from Bug Out containing my "customer ledger"This showed my full charge and payment historyThere was no explanation with this document, just an outstanding balance circled at the bottomI called to find out why I received this and was told I had an outstanding balance because they did not charge me correctly in DecemberThey were also charging me late fees for this outstanding balance despite the fact that I was set up for automatic payments (how can I be charged a late fee when they are the ones processing the payments???)Due to their billing mistakes I had to pay two bills in one month which I had not budgeted for (again, why should I have to carry the burden for their mistake?)I asked the manager that I spoke to to remove me from automatic payments as I no longer trusted them to have access to my credi

Contracted Bug Out Service,###-###-####, for lawn service and was not satisfied with the treatmentContacted them to fix the problem and they came back but did not correct the problemCalled them again to cancel the contract and refund the remainder of the money I paid themThey have not returned my calls or the money I paid them Photos of the weed and lawn are available to show the mess they made I want my money back please

Started service approximately one month agoMy account was erroneously charged $Company acknowledged error but after numerous attempts to resolve this at a local level, the company has failed to return our money to usThe company is extremely difficult to contact and the point of contact I was given for this matter (***) will not return my callAt this point, I don't feel like I can resolve this at my level and am requesting assistance if possible

I switched my pest and lawn services to bug out when they took over *** in YULLEE I have had to babysit their technicians, call in between "regular" visits due to continual issues, and now my sod which was installed by another company in fall is a disaster! My lawn looked like a golf course before this company started taking care of itThey lie about their positions, lie about what is wrong, lie about how they will fix problems, all while the lawn damage is getting worseThey continue direct billing my credit card, refuse to let me out of the two year contract I stupidly signed and worst of all the manager REFUSES to call me! I want the damaged sod replaced by bug out at no charge to me, and the rest of the lawn treated with whatever is necessary to get rud of the bugs and disease/fungus it now has!

We have had bug out doing our pest control needs for more than years and are more than happy with the results we have seen *** and his son *** are always friendly and professional we would not use anyone else

I signed up for an annual service contract with Bug Out and paid it in full in March The service contract stated that they would provide lawn service every other month for a total of scheduled visits throughout the yearI started having problems after the initial visitThe technician sprayed my neighbor's lawn instead of mine a total of three timesI knew this because there was a sign on my neighbor's yard on the dates of the service on my invoice and I checked our camerasThe tech is seen spraying my neighbor's lawnEach time I called and spoke to manager/supervisor and the technician came back and performed the service that was missedAfter the 3rd time this happened, the manager's resolution was to put my neighbor and I on the same scheduleThe tech came out after my complaint and sprayed both lawnsAnd now on our final treatment in our contract, I get an invoice with today's date (March 13, 2018) about the services performedThere was no sign on mine or the neighbor's lawnI checked the camera's because I now have to babysit this tech, and no one had been to our house that day to spray the lawnThis made it the 4th timeI am very dissatisfied with the services that were not provided as detailed in the contractBug Out did not spray our lawn out of the (75%) times that I was invoiced for I have had to keep track of them and call for them to come back and complete my serviceThis is not how business should be doneIt is a shame because my neighbor's lawn looks greatI will not be contracting their services ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone

After selling my house in St Marys, GA I cancelled mt termite service with BugOutI continued to receive statements with a service chargeI called there office in Jacksonville and after a lengthy conversation they agreed to cancell the chargesI just received a bill containing the same charges they agreed that were incorrect
Do not use this companyThere are too many local pest control people who are honorable, reliable and trustworthy With local people you can resolve statement problems face to face and not deal with a corporate that does care

This company charged me for yearsMy lawn looked and looks as if I've never treated my lawnPeople in my neighborhood are all switching soon as wellThey were terrible with billing and the product is just terribleI emailed them with pictures, asking for a refund and they won't refund even though the product isn't just bad, it seems like they didn't even show up to my house over the last months

I have been a Bug-Out Service client for years and have always been more than pleased with every aspect of the company! There service quality is excellent! Their service reps are always knowledgeable and willing to accommodate any needs I have! My lawn is the envy of the neighborhood and I received yard of the month due to their efforts! I had an ant issue pop up and they quickly and efficiently solved it immediately! I highly recommend their services to all my friends, family, and neighbors! Great company!!!

signed up with bug out from start they screwed up evry thing went to bug out many times and called a guy billy and spoke with supposed it manager! they lied billy will not call me he refusessisigned my contract wilth them paid in full for roadent, termit, house sevices they started treating roadents put termite stuff that's it didn't show up for there apptments haven't seen them forweeks just want my money back getting attorney they didn't spray in house for bugs,out side flees ex,,,,,,,,,

This is lawn expert (supposedly) As lawn decayed year over year I begged them for help and more thorough analysis but all notes left by them blamed me Finally hired independent lawn analysis provider and he documented the issues I was expressing but bug out had been denying Once I showed them this proof, they apologized and agreed they would make correct her lawn still dead and zero contact sinceZ

Called with a frequency of service issue, and they changed my billing schedule and price with no notification, called eight times to try to straighten it out with a supervisor, that would never answer or return my callSo I cancelled my service, and try continued to come and spray the lawn, then sent me to collections for balance on services I did not request

Had their service for about yearsLast 2-years their quality of service decayed, my lawn suffered; started getting bugs inside the house; they would not spray my enclosed patio; I paid an extra $for fire ant control; last year and this spring mounds of fire ants all over my yard, to tell you that I was told by others not to continue paying for it as it is a scamPerhaps it is the techs they have been hiring and since you dont see what they doI canceled my service On top of that they demanded I pay the $for the ant treatment which I dont even know they did it as they never left a door leaflet as they always try to doToday I got another bill for a remainder $supposdly for the recurring monthly paymentThey have no shame; I am going to tell my family and friends to drop them if they already have their service; so if you are looking for pest and fertilizer service try other companies there are plenty of them in Jax

We started a contract with BUG OUTThey came out and sprayed, but the bugs never went awayThey increased the frequency and the ants never went awayIt was always the same service technician so he even saw how they were not going awayCalled multiple times to speak with the ***At this point we pay $a month for a service that is not workingThe technician was very professional, management and not returning phone calls is severe lack of customer serviceSince I am unable to get a return call I am forced to go this route to gain their undivided attentionAt this point on want my contract to go away and all payments due and future payments to be removedWe tried going the professional route but whatever product you use was not working and by not returning calls, well, that pushed me over the edgePlease cancel my contract!!!
