January 22, Revdex.com, Attn; Jay Pollock S County Rd 5, Ste FtCollins, CO Dear Jay, Thank you for your letter inquiring ID# [redacted] and her concern with the price she paid for [redacted] in our office Just for your information, we were contacted by the [redacted] manufacturer and made aware of the issueWe then had the customer come back into the office to rectify our mistake(I would refer to her as a patient, but she is notShe just comes to our office to buy this product)Our receptionist who sold the customer the [redacted] is fairly new and was unaware that the bottles she gave the customer were samplesWhen the customer came back into the office, we gave her the large [redacted] bottle she had previously paid for, as well as free sample bottlesWe explained what had happened and apologized to herWe have since called her and she was unavailableWe left a message asking her to contact our office if there were any more concerns, or if she was unhappy with our resolutionWe want her to be happy and feel satisfied that she got her money's worthWe hope this is enough information to satisfy your concerns as wellOur office works hard to be fair and honest with all of our patientsHowever, every once in a while we make a mistakeAs soon as we are notified, we correct it immediatelyWe do our best to meet the needs of our patients with integrity, Thank you for your time and effort to work with usSincerely, Associated Podiatrists

Just for your information, we were contacted by the [redacted] manufacturer and made aware of the issue. We then had the customer come back into the office to rectify our mistake. (I would refer to her as a patient, but she is not. She just comes to our office to buy this product). Our receptionist who sold the customer the [redacted] is fairly new and was unaware that the bottles she gave the customer were samples. When the customer came back into the office, we gave her the large [redacted] bottle she had previously paid for, as well as 2 free sample bottles. We explained what had happened and apologized to her. We have since called her and she was unavailable. We left a message asking her to contact our office if there were any more concerns, or if she was unhappy with our resolution. We want her to be happy and feel satisfied that she got her money's worth. We hope this is enough information to satisfy your concerns as well. Our office works hard to be fair and honest with all of our patients. However, every once in a while we make a mistake. As soon as we are notified, we correct it immediately.
