I am rejecting this response because: Their response is a great way for them to try to pass the buck on to the condo boardThey did not address any of my concerns directlyOur immediate most importantconcern involves the water pouring onto our front stoop during a heavy rainWe are afraid that this will cause damage to the basement areaAs I indicated they are well aware of this concern and promised to take care of itThey did nothingThe other concerns are not being addressed eitherTheir response is rejected for these reasons

The property manager for the Association is sending an email to the owner to set a time to meet with a contractor regarding the gutter issue.? As far as the other concerns, again the Board is in the process of reviewing proposals and once a decision has been reached the membership will be notified.? Attached please find the email sent to the owner.?

I am rejecting this response because: I talked with Lisa F [redacted] last Wednesday Lisa was not aware that I was NOT receiving snow plow service.ANY company that ACCEPTS monies for services has an obligation to make sure that thus services are providedThere is truly no excuse for "Why" I wasn't provided this serviceResponsibility is on the business which accepts and deposits monies for so said servicesOnce I receive reimbursement for the MONTHS of service where I received NO SNOW PLOWING (and was out shoveling the snow myself), I will END this Revdex.com dispute [redacted]

It is my understanding that the owner has been in contact with the property manager for the association this a.m.. A discussion was had pertaining to the concerns the owner presented. If there are any additional concerns I would encourage the owner to contact the property manager for a clear understanding of the issues.

The owner resides in a community association in which he became a member upon purchase of his home. Our company serves as managing agent to the Association's Board of Directors and the Association is governed by a recorded Declaration/Bylaws. These documents will explain the way the
association operates from charging/collection of fees too owner/association responsibilities. The owners payments are paid to the Association not our company, as it is a separate corporation. If the owner has a dispute of the fees they need to submit the dispute in writing to the Board of Directors. For a clear understanding of the Association and how the Association operates he can contact the Association's Property Manager

Our Company serves as an agent to the Association, in which the owner is a member of. The members elect a Board of Directors that is tasked with making the decisions for the property. As agent to the Board we take action on repairs that the Board authorizes. We have made the Board
aware of the owners concerns; in fact we have provided them estimates/proposals on some of the members listed concerns. Once the Board has made a decision we will relay the message to the membership.

Associated Property Management LLC serves as the Association’s property manager pursuant to a property management agreement. APM is not the entity to which Association fees, assessments and charges are owed. Additionally, APM does not determine what repairs are made or which
contractor is selected for those repairs. APM is not the proper subject of the Complaint. With that being said, please see some additional information below: 1. Maintenance Fee: The owner has contacted our office on numerous occasions regarding the payment we have not received. We have asked the owner to provide proof that her banking institution submitted payment and for whatever reason it was not received in our office. With that information we can then discuss the late fee with the Board of Directors. APM does offer different payment options depending on the Association’s banking relationship, however that still is a decision to be made by the Board2. Repairs: The exterior repairs have been completed by the contractor. Our office was notified of a light being damaged, in which we notified the contractor regarding. The contractor has stated that they will contact the owner to discuss the one wall sconce. As far as the other alleged damage, we will bring to the attention of the Board. We will also notify the contractor, so they can assess the situation. Regarding a motion light, any exterior change would need the approval of the Board. If the owner would like to make the change or suggestion, they need to contact the Board in writing with said request. In order for all to be on the same page, we are going to contact the owner and request dates and times that they are available to meet with the Board and Contractor to review/discuss the concerns
