Review: Associated Renewables is not a company to be trusted. They signed a contract with a building that I managed in NYC to perform the LL84 and LL87 almost 8 months ago. To date, we have not recieved confirmation that at least the LL84 has been completed even though the due date to file with the City was in May 2013. As for the LL87, we opted for the early compliance filing and signed a contract with AR to do this, they promised to get it to us within 90 Months but we have not heard from them regarding this report even after numerous follow ups. We also signed a contract with them in March of 2013 to address a pipe hammering issue in the building. They apparently addressed the issue(still needs to be verified during the heating season)but the scope and price of the work done is smaller than the whats quoted on their contract. Again, to date, we have not received the required credit to the building. As of now, we have been trying to obtain credits, refunds and answers but there has been no response from Associated Renewable Inc. We have handed this matter to our attorney for further processing but still no response has been received. This company cannot be trusted and should not be in business at all because their customer service is not good and horrendous.Desired Settlement: We want every other customer to be aware of this issue before they sign up with this company. We want our reports as promised and if Associated Renewable cannot produce the reports, we want a full refund of all deposits paid so that the building can move forward.

The client did not realize that their building's work was not due for completion until 2015, which is the official filing year. Associated Renewables, Inc. has completed all compliance related items and will complete the filing for the client's building that is due in 2015. The matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of the client and Associated Renewables, Inc.

Associated Renewable completed the Ashrae Level 3 audit work as contracted for and submitted the finished report to the client. All matters were resolved to the satisfaction of the client.
