This company has neglected a workman's comp claim to be paid by them since May of 2014. I have sent them the bill, they requested this, nine times.I filed a workman's comp claim in May of 2014, and [redacted] was manager then, she said she would pay the bill to [redacted], and I let it go, then I kept receiving bills from them and I contacted [redacted] in July and she said she would take care of this. Meanwhile, I sent over nine copies of this bill to them, as they had requested. Again in August, I receive a bill with threat to collection, so I called again, and [redacted] said to send her the bill and she would make sure it was paid this time, well I just received a collection notice from [redacted]l collections, that this has still not been paid. I want this bill paid, as it is their responsibility to take care of this, and not have their clients go through this utter chaos. This is ridiculous, and that company is so incompatant. I can't believe people are allowed to operatate a business and get away with this kind of tactics. Please help me get this outfit to take care of their responsibilities, and if you can find out who is the superior, I would like to talk with them about this, also.
