Review: I put 50 pairs of jeans in there largest washer and after the machine was finish with my load I opened it to see that there was burgundy dye in the washer and all my clothes were stained. There was no signs of the dye in the washer or in the detergent part. After I showed the clothes to the attendant he gave me the number to call the corporate office and when I called they told me it was at my own risk but there are no signs stating that posted in the facility.Desired Settlement: Would like to have ALL my clothes replaced!!!!!

We received the complaint filed with your organization. Our Operations Manager [redacted] spoke briefly to Ms. [redacted] concerning her damaged clothing. Ms. [redacted] told [redacted] that she had dye or something similar on some of her clothing from his washer and she wanted to get her money for these clothes. [redacted] then ask her about what had happened and did she check to see if anything was anything in the pockets of the garments washed or did she look to see if anything was in the tub of the washer she used before placing the clothes in. Ms. [redacted] was very upset and told [redacted] that she wanted her money for the clothes that this was the company's fault and the laundry was responsible for this. At this time [redacted] explained to Ms. [redacted] that it is a self service facility and that the machine would have had to had something placed in the drum to cause the discoloration in her clothes. At that time Ms. [redacted] then said she was calling her lawyer and hung up on [redacted]. While [redacted] tried to resolve the issue and find out more information it was cut short because Ms. [redacted] decided to hang up and end the conversation. The store is a self service facility and it is very important to check your pockets of your clothing as well as making sure that no other foreign items are in the drum of the washer before inserting your clothes. We even have a general instruction sign to explain these as well as other points to aid our customers. [redacted] would be glad to answer any further questions you may have.
