Mrs. [redacted] did mention that roaches were on the second floor building. We asked Mrs. [redacted] to provide us with a key to her unit that way when the pest control company came in they could have access to the unit. In which, Mrs. [redacted] declined. We called our pest control company and let them know the issue. He had stated that he could not find the problem, but he would spray the whole building, if we had any further issues that he would spray the inside of the unit. Mrs. [redacted]’s husband did mention that the problem still persisted. I let him know that we did have the building sprayed, but that no one else had mentioned the problem. It was never my intention to imply that the problem was in there unit or that they were lying. I mentioned no one else had mentioned that there was a problem, because I thought it had been fixed. I let him know that I would call the pest control company that way they would come again. They have been spraying the building every two weeks, and he has been putting “roach houses” in all empty units. Every week we check the building and monitor if there is any roaches. Mrs. [redacted] never mentioned the problem again, and I thought the problem was fixed. I understand her frustration and if she no longer feels comfortable in that building she can transfer to another unit. We have never had a roach problem, and we are taking every measure possible on this problem. I can reimburse the amount of money that was used for the exterminating items bought for the unit. She mentioned she had the receipt which I would need for the reimbursement, and we would need access to Mrs. [redacted]’s  unit that way the pest control company can spray the unit. I can also give the customer two month worth of rent, but we would need access to the space. I apologize do to the situation. I understand that the customer was not very comfortable to come and let us know that the problem was on going, but we do need the customer to communicate with us. It was never our intention to alienate her or make her feel uncomfortable. We strive to give the best customer service, and have always pride ourselves in the maintenance and well being of our facility.

Thank you and we look forward to making the situation better,
