Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [When I call at 5:am , they told me that I will not be able to pickup the car at that time because they have no one to release the car; This is not part of the MASS law Further more when I called after 8:am they were not open still I called the next day then they told me they were there When I got there I asked why would I pay an extra day to recover the car when it is their fault that they were not open...the service rep told me I was STUPID enough to leave the car in the street that is why I felt very disrespectful specially in front of my daughter YES indeed there were words exchange afterward They did not give me any explanation for the rate I need a clear explanation of the rate and a refund for the extra day These company don't know how to treat people right and to have a decent convo with their customers Regards, [redacted] ***
