We had a power surge and the AC at our office quit, in the heat of the summer We called at about 4:and the technician showed up by 4: Our technician, Steve, was friendly, fixed the issue and let us know what had happened Very pleased with the speed and professionalism

Review: Associates Contracting came out to repair a plumbing issue on October 14 2013. They spent 5 hours here and could not figure out how to fix our plumbing problem. The plumber announced that he had another job to go to and would ask another plumber to see if anyone else could figure out what it might be. They replaced 2 parts, neither had an effect on the issue we were having. We received a bill on October 29,2013 for $489.95. I called the office to speak with management about the bill, as nothing was fixed. The office secretary was very rude about the whole issue and told me they sent the bill,"To get my attention." The owner(Jim Morris) I spoke with also stated the same thing to me when I finally was able to reach him after repeated attempts. I was told by Jim that he would speak to the plumbers that were here and would call me back to resolve the billing issue. He said we would work out an adjustment in the price. He was supposed to call me back at a time when I got off from work on Monday November 4 , but never called. I then got a message on my cell phone on Wednesday November 5 at 6:18 saying that he was sorry he didn't get back with me but would call me again November 6. I never heard back from anyone until today, when I got another bill in the mail that now includes an additional finance fee. I called the office and spoke with the secretary. She told me that the owner was not available and had no other contact number for me to reach him. I asked when was a good time to catch him in the office, and was told she didn't know that either. She said he's there at 8:00 in the morning and in and out throughout the day. I asked her to leave a message for him to call me. I would like to get this resolved. I don't feel that this is a fair bill for having no resolution of the problem they came out to fix. Also, spent a day away from work to be here for them to repair for nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a fair adjustment on my bill. I don't feel as if I received any service. We are still experiencing the same issue with our water pressure. Also, the parts replaced were not necessary, as they had no impact on the resolution of our plumbing issue.
