I am rejecting this response because:
Obviously the staff was NOT trained sufficiently! I was told that I would not have a bill as my insurance covered the exam and cleaning I was even told by your permanent staff that the office has had many temp staff filling in, that must be due to the organization treating its' staff the way I am being treated as a patient Your payment has been sent and I hope you enjoy this as it will be the last

Attached is Associates in Dentistry Dental Insurance Policy which *** *** *** read and signed on June 28th, 2017. This is a very important document to our office as it clearly indicates that we submit insurance only as a courtesy to our patients. Our fees are the same for all
patients regardless of if they have insurance or not. We do not base our fees on what an insurance company paysDental insurance is a contract between the employer and the employee. That contract has nothing to do with the individual dental office. Our staff are trained not to guess what insurance pays but to simply state that we bill insurance as a courtesy only. We do not speak for the insurance company. We do our best to help with processing patients claims but it is ultimately the patients responsibility to know the terms of their dental plan and provide us with the correct insurance information. I would recommend that she contact her HR department to discuss her insurance benefits and why they don't cover more on her cleaning and exam
