Twice I set up an appointment for a chemical peel, re-arranged my schedule to accomodate the appointments, both times it was cancelled by AiD at the last minute
Recently had a bioposy, no oine ever bothered to call me with the results, I sent a request into the Patient Portal (which states I will get a response back within days) - it's been now and still no responseSo, I tried calling - the number rang and rang, no one ever answeredAre they still in business?
