I am rejecting this response because:This lame response sounded like he is a responsible businessmanThere was no screaming or cussingNo inappropriate language was usedAs sson as I demaned him to send me the check, he hang up on meI had to call my insurance broker to contact him and had him sent the certificate of completion to her and then she forwarded it to me; and then I sent to my insurance company for the refundlandscape lights were run over by the large trailer he used to haul the trashHe came by one day and promised to repair themNow he said they are burned light bulbsHe is now changing his stroyI even have a neigbor who witnessed this conversation that he promised to repair the lightsI also called him few more times after that and he either not return call or promised to come in a couple of daysHe promised the same thing for the fallen fiber glass insulationsHe did not denied his error at hat timeNow he said otherwiseHis response simply demonstrated how dishonest he isA crookDo not deserve to be in business

I am really sorry that Mr*** is not happy Mr *** needs to under stand that we had billed his Insurance company on three different occasions and unfortunately this is not un common Many times we the contractor have to wait as much as six months to receive our money from homeowners
This long waiting time is normally due to Insurance companies changing adjusters or merely not processing a check for what ever reason As a contractor we are merely providing a free service to the homeowner by billing the insurance company This is a process that the Homeowner has every right to bill them his self I can only send a final invoice to the Insurance company but most time Ill never know if the Homeowner received their money unless they call me Mr*** did indeed call me and I told him that I would double check and resend the invoice I resent the Invoice and assume he did not receive the check once again because he called me about a month later screaming and cussing at me and demanded I pay him is dollars immediately I tried to explain to him that the Insurance company does not send me the checks, that all checks are sent to him the Homeowner and if he had not received it that he would need to call them Mr*** continued to scream at me demanding his money at this time I hung up on him Mr *** had no complaints about our workmanship and he knows it Mr *** is up set about the money because he really believe that the check was sent to me Update: After hanging up on Mr *** I contacted his insurance one final time and explained the fiery situation and finally got ahold of a young lady that processed his claim and sent him a check I know this because she called me a few days later and assured me that the check was sent to him Im sorry for any confusion however his complaint was about an issue that I could not control His lights were not damaged the bulbs were burned out and no damage was caused to his lights The insulation in his attic is not of my concern Rolled insulation was stapled uo between his roof rafters in which honestly that is the first time I have ever seen that done Rolled insulation is meant to be rolled between ceiling rafters where the insulation lays on top of the sheet rock or even installed in walls where the insulation is trapped by inside and outside walls His insulation is stapled up in the roof rafters and just the weight of the insulation can cause the paper back to tear and fall I am not responsible for his insulation issue
