I would not recommend this company as a Property Manager to anyoneI believe the manager took advantage managing our property while we were living in another stateHe offered tenancy to folks I would never consider because of their financial situation and we often did not get paid although tenants were living in our homeThe Manager would make excuses for the tenants not paying rentTenants may have paid rent and we never received the rent and if tenants didn't pay rent, the manager didn't have a strong interest in taking them to court on our behalf as he should have as the property managerWe took position of our home several months ago and it was a messThe condition of our home declined rapidly under APM's management and we have spent thousands of dollars bringing our home back to our standardWe lost money using APM as a management company and I would never recommend this business to anyone
