I am the owner of Associates Realty Services. I regret this tenant felt he had to call the Revdex.com. I am sorry he did not contact me personally about this. I did meet with the owner of the plumbing company yesterday and he stated he did in fact notify this resident the unit was to be be re-piped. He also stated they in fact communicated with the resident when they would be re-piping the unit. I also spoke with him concerning the prior incident. This company has also been notified they will not be doing any more work at this apartment. I think this resident is blaming our company for the issues he has with an independent plumbing company that was hired by our company to do needed work in his apartment. If he wants to talk further about this, he should take it offline as we will not be responding further. Our company did nothing wrong and has handled this both ethically as well as within both the spirit and confines of Florida Statutes.
