Review: I have contacted the business in person and email repeatedly since becoming disabled on Feb. 15, 2012 concerning the disability insurance that I continue to pay for on my loan! I followed their instructions, taking the "official" paperwork into my employer [redacted] to have them fill out and they refused. I have been on Social Security Disability dating back to Feb. 15, 2012. It is easily varifiable and they refuse to deduct the disability insurance from my loan amount!Loan Account Number [redacted]I had surgery to fuse my neck on Mar. 21, 2013, and am awaiting the same surgery on my lower back. I have informed the company as such, and I am still ignored!Desired Settlement: Apply what has been paid since Feb. 12, 2012 to the existing loan, and deduct the remaining amount from the loan balance.
