Apartment was not checked at move out, because tenant could not keep an appointment for a walk through at move out. Tenant rescheduled appointment three times during the week she was moving out. days for the common area and bedrooms/ bathrooms to be cleaned in the apartment. Tenants lease (section 23) says apartment to be left clean, renter ready, with carpets shampooed. This was not done. Tenant was given a move in report to fill out, where she could detail anything wrong with the room or apartment within the first week of living there. Tenant never turned in any documentation of dirty tub or otherwise, and was not responsible enough to turn in the form after moving in. It was explained at lease signing that this form would protect her in case of existing issues at move in. Also, all dogs shed, and dog hairs were found through out the bedroom, bathroom, and apartment.
